The courier your order is shipped with will be selected by the warehouse based on the best option available.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND: Transit times are longer to destinations outside of the mainland US. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS from the US scan to be updated in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico but after it does get updated to Post Office in these locations, it should be the normal 1-2 days to be delivered.
PO BOXES, APO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES:
Due to military handling time, APO and FPO deliveries to some destinations could take up to 60 days or more. PO box deliveries can take up to 7- 10 working days but due to COVID-19 PO Boxes are subject to similar time frames.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS THEY ARE SENT VIA EMAIL, GIFT CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER THE STATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE AND NO LONGER THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE STATED ON YOUR TRACKING.
